Be at the beach without having to reapply the sunblock or deal with the sand.Level and a half, so easy for bringing grandparents along.Entrance is on the North side of thebuilding about 8 steps up from the ground to the door.Property contains living room, kitchen, dining with ocean facing decks, halfa bathroom, one full hallway bathroom, full size washer and dryer closet and 2 bedrooms (one with a queen bed, one with the bunk beds).Up 8 steps to 2 more bedrooms (one with a king bed and one with 2 queen beds) each with their own full bathroom.The property sleeps 12 in beds.There are 2 small additional decks facing Pleasure Ave.Parking for 2-3 cars in the driveway.This fantastic beach front house is owned by a family who wants you to have a memorable vacation.My wife is from a family of 11 children so the kitchen was always the center of action.On top of that, she and my daughters are great cooks so the kitchen is fully equipped.Outdoor gas grill is ready for burgers, steaks, or freshly caught fish.Unlike most SIC homes that are side by side this house has a huge beach deck that runs the entire width of the house.The deck railing is above the dunes so you can enjoy the views and the sunrises and listen to the sounds of the surf.The 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths come fully set up with fresh bed linens so you don't have to be hassled with bunk bed sheets, California King, and three Queen sets.Keys are always a problem when leaving the house and going to the beach (12 beach tags provided) so we put a code lock on the door.Outdoor shower helps you rinse the salt and sand off.All the kitchen cabinets and switches are labeled. It's the little things to make your stay stress free. Two central air conditioners keep you comfortable even when the fresh sea breezes don't.The wet bar and large ice maker will keep you well hydrated and happy.The gas fireplace gives a fine romantic feel and takes the chill off those occasional cool mornings and evenings.The computer station has wireless internet, a color all in one printer/fax/copier.(PC not included).For the couch potato we have Wii and High Def and BluRay.We even have a red leather massage chair to recline and watch that favorite game or movie, or take an afternoon nap.Games, puzzles, and books and high chair are plentiful for those family fun times.But most of all, you'll remember the deck with its morning and evening relaxations and conversations.There are about 3 or 4 beach chairs for tenant use.
