SIGHT UNSEEN RENTALS
Sea Isle Realty makes every effort to verify the accuracy of the rental listing information but makes no representation as to the correctness of the amenities, pictures, views, location or any other submission. Sight unseen rentals are the sole responsibility of the tenant. Sea Isle Realty urges you to personally view and inspect the property, if at all possible, before entering into a lease.
All of the properties offered for rent are privately owned and are rented on behalf of the property owner, subject to the terms and provisions of the Lease Agreement.
Reservations can be made in person, by phone or via the Internet. After making a reservation we will send you a Lease Agreement to be signed and returned with deposit immediately. A reservation is not confirmed until a deposit is received and the Lease Agreement is fully executed by both the tenant and owner. Payment schedule and amounts are indicated on the Lease Agreement. All rentals are to be paid in full 3 weeks prior to check-in date.
If you are forced to cancel an executed Lease Agreement, you will still be responsible for payment of the rent monies until the unit is re-rented at the same rental amount. We will do everything we can to re-rent the unit for the same amount and return any monies paid. If the unit is not re-rented, there is no refund, unless at the discretion of the property owner.
New for the 2013 Season, Sea Isle Real Estate Agents will be using CSA Travel Protection. Tenants pay a one time fee of $45.00 to insure them against claims by the landlord. Click This Link to learn more about CSA Tarvel Insurance
Check-In and Check-Out
Most rentals are Saturday-Saturday unless otherwise stated in your Lease Agreement. Check-in time is at 1:00 PM (NO EXCEPTIONS) and Check-out time is at 10:00 AM (NO EXCEPTIONS) unless as otherwise stated in your Lease Agreement. We must adhere to these times to allow property owners and/or their service to inspect and/or clean after each departure.
Check-in is at our office located at 6300 Landis Avenue, Sea Isle City. Our office is open until 5:00 PM on Saturdays. If you are going to be late, you must notify our office beforehand. There is no provision for late arrivals without notification.
Please return all keys to our office by 10:00 AM on the date of check-out.
Furnishings and Equipment
All of our rental properties are furnished with basic household accessories: dishes, cookware, flatware, pots, pans, small appliances etc. CLEANING SERVICE, LINENS, BEACH TOWELS, BATH TOWELS AND KITCHEN TOWELS are NOT provided unless specifically offered by the homeowner. If these services are needed ask your Agent for a recommendation.
We have done everything to ensure accuracy of the description of the rental property, however, we CANNOT be held responsible for errors or changes by the owner or equipment failure. All equipment should be in proper working order but upon check-in you should report anything inoperative. All efforts will be made to expedite repairs through the owner and/or their service company. Unfortunately, after hours repairs and services can be difficult and limited to emergency situations only.
All rental units are inspected by the owners or their service before your occupancy. You are required to leave the unit clean when you vacate. This includes removing trash, wiping down the kitchen and bathrooms, and vacuuming. Please remember to empty the refrigerator and to leave beach tags if they were provided. If you have excess trash or recycling you can bring it to the Trash and Recycling Yard located beneath the bridge on JFK Boulevard on your way out of town.
Lost and Found
We cannot be responsible for any personal items left in units. We will attempt to locate lost items for you, but it is your responsibility to retrieve the items in a timely manner.
